National Geographic Kids is setting all sorts of records but this time they are helping set the Guinness World Record for the Most Items of Clothing Collected for Recycling. This amazing cause will draw record breaking numbers of more than 30,000 denim jackets, jeans, shirts and hats. The items will be fashioned in a form of art displayed for two weeks at D.C.’s Union Station. The denim items will then be donated to Cotton Inc.’s program “From Blue to Green” which recycles denim into insulation for homes.
